I'm a new patient at Warm Spring Chiropractic, and I love it! After getting into a car accident last week, I have been experiencing really bad back, neck, and hip pain - much worse than usual. As soon as I got the okay from my auto insurance, I started searching on Yelp for chiropractors. I had been to two different chiropractors before; the first one was good, but I believe is no longer in practice; the second chiropractor I went to, didn't do anything for me at all.

When I first called the office here, Dr. Paul spoke with me, and I was already feeling comfortable due to his friendliness on the phone. On my first visit here last week, I really liked the atmosphere of the office. It has a very homey feeling, and the doctors and massage therapists are all so friendly.

On my first visit, Paul gave me a very comprehensive exam, took my x ray, and had one of the massage therapists massage me. I really liked the fact that Paul was so friendly, genuine, and really took the time to talk to me, understand my problems, and explain everything to me.

I went back for my second visit today and met Dr. Lau, who is also very wonderful. Overall, I am very satisfied with finding this chiropractic office. I feel very comfortable here, and definitely feel like a valued patient, and just not another person paying for services.

I came into this office after being involved in a car accident and i was in much pain and to be honest in a bad mood because i was tired and was scared that my back and neck were badly injured. The staff was very patient and kind even though i didn't have all of the information in regards to the claim filed with the insurance. Dr. Paul treated me and explained everything he was doing so that i felt comfortable and more at ease in regards to my back and neck pain. The next day i felt much better than i had before i went in to see him. I've been back a few times since and feel better each time. They've been working with my insurance so i don't have to be involved in any of the financials. The staff is very personable, they know all of the patients names and greet them as they walk in. If you're looking for a chiropractor i would suggest making an appointment here.

Dear Dr. Lau,

Sometimes we forget to say thank-you so this is my thanks to both you and Dr. Paul Iattoni. You may remember that initially I was skeptical that you type of chiropractic care would help me. After a near-fatal car accident in 1978, I was in chronic back pain, and couldn't stand or sit erectly, and attempts by other types of chiropractic care were not helpful. In addition, I have fibromyalgia, so when I found you, I had very little enery or stamina and was in chronic pain.

After seeing you a few times, my posture began to change and I found that I could sit and stand erectly. The pain in my back has decreased and my energy and stamina are greatly improved. Even if I have no back problems, I will continue under your care because it has helped the fibromyalgia symptoms: I am not exhausted everyday, all day; I don't seem to have as much pain all over my body as before, and I am experiencing more days, not just minutes or an hour or se, when I have more stamina and endurance…Imagine my delight when I can shop without being in severe pain, and still have energy when I get home vs. before treatment, I could barely shop. And when I did I was home and immediately in bed totally exhausted and in severe pain. Hurrah!

I am not "cured", but for those who suffer from fibromyalgia, I ardently believe in and recommended this deep muscle work along with chiropractic adjustments as a means of improving their health. I would like others to know that I am a real person, not "paid advertisement", so for those who are interested I am willing to talk with them either personally or on the phone.

Sincerely,
Sharon Watt August 1, 2001

I had low back pain and neck pain and shoulder tension when I first came. I am a martial arts teacher. The pain prevented me from showing my martial arts skills to my students. I could not sleep at night because of the pain in the low back. It made it very hard to practice Wu Shu for competition.

I saw two medical doctors, they gave me pain-killers and told me there's nothing he could do for me but he could not tell me what was wrong. The pain killers did not do much for me. I also saw two other chiropractors who referred me to physical therapists. However, physical therapy didn't cure my injury.

I started coming to Dr. Paul Iattoni in January 2000. I feel that what Dr. Paul Iattoni has done helped me tremendously. I am 85% improved so far and still improving. I have better range of motion in my low back. I sleep better now. I practice Wu Shu better. I am able to teach my students again. The deep pressure point massage that Dr. Paul Iattoni did helped me the most.

I like their service because the treatment protocol is made personally for me. They treated me with individual atttention. They paid attention to my condition and devise a treatment plan specific for me. I like their policy since they are flexible in their scheduling as well as in fees.

I am a continual patient here in Warm Springs Chiropractic. I have referred many people to Dr. Paul Iattoni and will continue to do so since I think their service is very good and is unique compared to other chiropractic clinics. I believe their service will benefit many other people as well.

I was severely injured in 1977 when I was hit head on by a Mail truck while bicycling. Among the resulting injuries was a denervated deltoid muscle group in my left shoulder. This caused a complete loss of use of the arm at the shoulder. After approximately two years physical therapy/recovery I regained the use of the arm but was not able to move the left shoulder blade as far back as the right one. It felt like I had a large "lump" in my back and that was as far back as the shoulder blade would go.

I attributed this to over development of a back muscle(s) caused by muscle substitution for the weak deltoid group. I was wrong. After treatment by Dr. Paul Iattoni, I now have full range of motion in my left shoulder and, after 29 years, the "lump" in my back is gone.
